First Visit

Welcome! Before you arrive at the center for the first time, we will send you an online questionnaire so that you can fill it out comfortably from home, with your computer or mobile phone. These are some questions about your health and lifestyle, which will help us understand your health concerns and goals.

When you come to the center, we will discuss all of this in more depth and proceed with the chiropractic evaluation.

During the visit, we will evaluate:

We ask general questions about your health and then specific questions about the reason for your consultation to understand how you got to this point and if chiropractic can help you.

Thanks to the Posture PRO application, we take photos of you from behind and in profile to identify areas of increased stress and vulnerability, since your standing posture is linked to the forces of gravity.

We perform tests to analyze the distribution of forces throughout your body to highlight any imbalances somewhere, whether it’s a shorter leg, an ankle problem, an imbalance in the pelvis, or poor proprioception.

We analyze each joint to ensure that your brain receives accurate information about your position in space and your relationship to gravity.

We perform specific tests on each area of the body to understand the health of the tissues and the role that these areas play in the overall state of functional health.

Our chiropractors have trained their hands to be among the most sensitive tools in the health field. They analyze your body and identify areas of imbalance and stored tension.

If deemed necessary, the chiropractor will request additional tests to obtain more information about your case.

We will then need about 24-48 hours to do a complete analysis of all the tests done and combine these concepts together with the results of your assessment. We like to have a complete picture so that you can have the best possible care.

Results Report

After your initial consultation, we will schedule you for your report, where the chiropractor will give you his best recommendations based on your needs, desires, and health goals.

The report includes:

  • Explanation of results – We will carefully review all the results obtained during the first visit and their subsequent study. We will show you what we have discovered about your current health status.

  • How Chiropractic Can Help You – We’ll explain how chiropractic adjustments can work with your body to achieve your health and wellness goals.

  • Personalized care plan – After establishing an appropriate diagnosis, we will create a specific action plan for your problem, adapted to your individual needs.

  • Recommendations – We will give you advice on how to maximize the benefits of your chiropractic treatment.

  • Review of your goals – We will discuss your health goals and set realistic milestones for your recovery process.

Then yes… we are ready for your first chiropractic adjustment!

First adjustment and organization of visits

At this point in your care, we will arrange your visits in advance for your convenience and according to your care plan.
Adjustment is the most important thing we do in the office, as it allows us to correct subluxations in your spine and make your body function (and heal) better.
Many scientific studies state that people who visit a chiropractor regularly are healthier, have more energy, and feel calmer and happier. Chiropractic care not only slows down the natural aging process, but also helps you better resist the effects of daily stress.
In short… more years in your life, and more life in your years!

Treatment Phases

We explain the different phases of YOUR chiropractic care, which correspond to the different progress you can achieve with chiropractic adjustments.

Most people who seek our help are people who have had health problems for a long time and who have not yet found a way to heal. Our first goal is to identify and correct the causes that created the problem and help the person heal as quickly as possible.
In this phase we begin to correct subluxations in the spine to allow the nervous system to function properly. The spine is usually quite unstable in this phase, which is why more frequent visits are required. The most typical thing that our patients report in the first weeks of treatment is a feeling of relaxation, less tension, less stress, etc.
In this part of the treatment, it is essential to keep up with the recommended appointments in order to obtain the balance and spinal stability necessary for proper healing to begin.

The goal of the second phase of treatment is the complete recovery of functionality. In this adjustment phase, work is done to stabilize the changes obtained so far and, above all, to avoid relapses.
Apart from the benefits mentioned above, in this phase all the body’s systems begin to function better, as a result of a more balanced nervous system. Joint mobility increases, muscles are less tense, balance, energy and posture improve significantly, sleep is usually deeper and you wake up much more rested.

The third phase is to maintain the well-being achieved. Prevention is better than cure, everyone knows that. Most people here notice that regular care means feeling great and performing better in the things they have to do (work, sports, etc.), or love to do (hobbies, etc.), and that is why we recommend proactive maintenance care as part of your lifestyle to be as healthy as possible.
